Dr Rylance is an exceptional doctor, his care is second to none. He is sympathetic, caring and always gives you the time and expert care time and time again.
He was an absolute rock when my father was diagnosed with dementia and was an integral part of us getting the care for him, we as a family can't thank him enough.
The whole of the Park View surgery team both at Carnforth and Milnthorpe are exceptional.
