Dr Rowland was very pleasant and polite. Unfortunately he had not found my referral letter prior to the appointment and subsequently asked why I was seeing him. He was only able to access the letter after receiving a telephone message. On its own this would not have been an issue however he appeared to be continually struggling with the I T system throughout the consultation and this had a negative impact on the quality of discussion and patient / doctor relationship.
I have no reason to question Dr Rowlands expertise or recommended treatment.
