My mother suffers from bipolar disorder, i have struggled over the years with trying to access primary services during her very unwell periods. the care my mother has received from the community hospital has been inconsistent and not always that great. however, when support is needed immediately dr rackham has always been able to provide it. he knows about my mothers medication where as other gp's have looked to me to confirm what they are prescribing is correct. he is non-judgemental and i find the care he has given my mother over the years is excellent.
