Mr Hughes came across as a highly knowledgeable and experienced consultant. He was really confident about the actions that needed to be taken in order to tackle my health issue. His confidence and experience made me feel much more comfortable about the surgery that I had to go under. His warm personality, communication style and compassion made it easy for me to trust him and his decision straight away. He performed the surgery with the highest professionalism and I was really pleased with the outcome.
