Your GPs are well meaning and generaly competent in my experiance. as i would expect however the management is a shambles, Who in their right mind demolished the old surgery before they built the new one, That is madness and frankly what i have learnt to expect from this practice. Now before i proceed along these lines can i please ask you to organise my wound dressing. Thank you.

I am being treated for cancer and the care I have received from Dr Dowling and all the team at Ivy Court surgery has been incredible. Nothing is to much trouble, and any problems are sorted quickly and with no fuss. Whatever I have requested of them has been dealt with in a professional manner, to me this is a massive comfort. I know I have the back up of an exceptional team.
Thank you all at Ivy Court, you should all be very proud of yourselves.
