Rarely does a patient find a Doctor who is truly dedicated to his profession. Dr Whitely certainly is. He made me feel he cared about my concerns, treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. I had full confidence in him and felt so much better after seeing him. How fortunate I was to have actually been lucky enough to get an appointment with him.

John took the time to listen to my concerns and clearly considered all of my symptoms. He carried out a thorough examination which didn't feel rushed. I felt totally confident that he had my best interests in mind throughout the consultation. He even took steps to make my follow up appointment personally with the reception team. The most impressive element of the encounter was that at no time did he consider the length of time he spent to deal with my problem. I am fortunate enough not to have to visit the surgery very often, however, on the few occasions I have, the consultations has always seemed a little rushed (I do appreciate the pressure on all staff). One hundred % GREAT SERVICE!!!!!!! Thank you John.

I and my family have probably seen most of the doctors at this practice over the years I have always found them all kind professional and helpful. This goes for the rest of the staff at the surgery. Whenever we have needed to see a doctor we have always been seen the same day and there has never been any great wait for further treatment. I consider us to be very lucky when you hear stories from other areas in the country. Thank you.

On my first consultation with him he informed who he was and his history in medicine. He was very friendly and put me at ease. He then went through the history of my problem which I had had for seven months and decided on a minor course of treatment that might alleviate the problem. Although this did not work, I returned to see him and he put me on a stronger treatment which cured the problem within two days. His care for his patient and their well being in trying to find the cause of the problem impressed me.

Friendly and took time to thoroughly understand my condition and background. Dr Whiteley is new to the practice and I think his own experiences covering a wide field must provide a useful addition to the practice's knowledge base.
