Visited Dr John Swales for a vasectomy, from start to finish I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. The visit started with a full explanation of the procedure and consent forms etc. During the actual procedure he explained every step and checked at various stages if I was ok. The actual procedure was completely pain free and over very quickly. After everything was finished the follow up care was explained in detail by his wonderful assistant. Finally I was given a nice detailed information form for follow up testing etc. I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience from reception, through to leaving the building, a credit to the NHS.

Vasectomy which I clearly wasn’t looking forward to. The doctor put me at ease and during procedure noticed I was a bit unsettled so kept me talking to distract me. Nice and friendly as well. Can’t fault.
