I would recommend Dr John Swales 100%. I'm not good when in surgery, but he instantly made me feel relaxed and in secure hands. He calmly walked me through the whole procedure and whilst performing the surgery talked to me through the whole thing keeping my mind occupied and unfocused on the surgery taking place. He is everything you need in a Doctor; clearly educated and knows his profession, friendly, amiable and funny too, which I felt helped in making me feel relaxed.

I found Dr John Swales incredibly professional and he quickly put my mind at ease at the pre op assessment. Explained the procedure and even draw diagrams which was very helpful. The operation itself was over very quickly and I felt fully informed before and during the op with a running commentary. Very personable Dr with a great sense of humour. Dr Swales' Nurse was also very professional and friendly. Thanks!

Dr Swales was totally professional and at the same time very 'human'! A great sense of humour, which I always find helpful and calming - and handled the consultation and procedure very well. I can highly recommend Dr Swales and wish he was my regular GP.
