Dr Swales immediately put me at ease regarding the vasectomy operation. He explained everything in detail and very clearly yet in a way that was easy for a non medical person like myself to understand. Dr Swales was fantastic from our very first meeting, he explained my procedure in detail , put me at ease & made me feel very comfortable about the whole procedure. The operation went really well, again I was made to feel informed & comfortable, the operation was over in about half an hour. I don't mind admitting to feeling a little nervous but Dr Swales & the nurse put me at ease from start to end.
