Fantasticly efficient service delivered by an incredible physician who still understands the importance of a good bed side manner. I received a wealth of information prior to my procedure to prepare me for what to expect, the appointment was delivered exactly as intended, Dr Swales was extremely thorough explaining risks and benefits and performed the procedure well within the time allotted. If every NHS service ran like this, we would have a perfect health system, exemplary!

I had a vasectomy at The Cedars Surgery in Deal and Dr Swales put me at ease and explained everything and the procedure was quick as we chatted throughout along with the Nurse. All the aftercare was explained clearly by the nurse and Dr Swales.

I had a vasectomy performed by Dr. Swales. He was very good and made me feel at ease, explaining the procedure before hand and making sure I understood fully what was happening. He told me everything I needed to know about aftercare as well. The procedure itself went well and Dr. Swales and the nurse accompanying him made sure I was comfortable throughout. After receiving my pre op appointment I was in for surgery 3 weeks later, I had letters at each stage informing me of dates and times etc, so as a whole I was very pleased with how it went from referral to finish.
