Being totally honest, naturally as a man looking to have a vesctomy I was nervous. I called the cedars clinic in deal and the staff were extremely polite and kind. I was very well informed and Dr John Swales was very professional. He explained everything to do with the proceedure and made sure I was curtain that I wanted to proceed. On the day when I went to the cedars the front of house staff were very discreet, caring and understanding. When I met with Dr John Swales again he made sure I wanted to go through with the proceedure and explained everything that would happen. During my procedure I was reasured all the way through, we chatted about everything and anything whilst the Dr and his assistant completed my vasectomy. After I was given clear advise on what to do and what not to. To sum up I couldn't speak highly enough about the whole experience. I was treated extremely well and taken care of and would recommend this practice and Dr John Swales to any man wanting this procedure or any other service provided there. As a last point I just want to thank the Dr and his assistant for being very kind to my fiancee who came for support. She was able to sit with me during the vasectomy which was a comfort to me.
