From the moment I nervously sat down John made me feel comfortable and at ease. He explained the procedure in a way anyone could understand and checked in with me regularly to ensure I understood everything.
Both he and the nurse were thoroughly professional but had a great manner about them that would put the most nervous of person's at ease.
