From the first pre op conversation appointment Dr Swales put me at ease. He explained the procedure and potential side effects etc very clearly so i had no worries or hesitation about the procedure at all.
On the day of the procedure both Dr Swales and the nurse were very friendly and conducted themselves very well.
We were chatting throughout the whole appointment and before i knew it we were completely finished and I was on my way home again.
Hopefully I won't need to see the Dr again for this particular procedure but i would definitely recommend his services
