I wholeheartedly endorse Dr. John Roche as an outstanding psychiatrist. He skillfully guided me through the journey of obtaining a diagnosis for my ADHD and navigating the appropriate medication regimen. Dr. Roche's patience and clear explanations made the process seamless and understandable. I appreciate his informative approach and am indebted to his expertise in this field. Without his guidance, I doubt I would have received the crucial support I needed, nor would I have been able to manage my ADHD as effectively as I do now. Thanks to him, I've seen remarkable improvements in my life.

A considerate and patient doctor who was able to clearly listen to my own issues, recommend a reasonable course of treatment, adapt to needs as medication and titration evolved, and recommend both medical and lifestyle interventions for my condition. I felt that he was responsive and professional.

I found John Roche very friendly, patient, knowledgable and understanding of my condition/experience. He always listened, took my ideas seriously and was easy to talk to which made all communication positive, straight forward and professional: Always a balanced dialogue rather than feeling restricted or that my input wasn't valid - a very good balance of psychiatric expertise ( and a sense of humour) and how to put that across without patient intimidation! As a patient with a new ADHD diagnosis, I felt able to be open and honest about my history/'condition' without judgement and that he was interested and wanted to do the best for my situation through his experience in this field. I would recommend without doubt as John's approachability, calmness and advice throughout my titration process has been a positive personal learning experience, giving me the foundations and reference points to meet my potential.
