I had the unfortunate pleasure of Dr John Mervyn-Thomas this morning. Very difficult gentleman to speak with. This person did not listen to me and implied I was struggling with addiction when in fact the only struggle I have is with medication not being prescribed properly and on time. I also explained to this person that I am struggling with poor mental health and his reply was, "oh,well" Towards the end of the consultation I decided to record Dr John Mervyn-Thomas as I was shocked and appalled by this persons inability to understand the simplist of facts explained to him, he had trouble adding up simple sums, he was uninterested in my mental health issues and insinuated I had addiction issues. This persons attitude instantly change the second he realised he was being recorded.

Seen him many occasions. Doesn't listen. Did not examine me, very hesitant to do so. Unable to have a proper conversation with me.

Receptionist is very helpful and helps tp make you feel relaxed .Dr was very informative of my condition explained the treatment . He listened to my feelings .
