No improvement required. John was compassionate, understanding and pleasant. He explained everything to us clearly with no jargon. Supplied relevant evidence to support his diagnosis for our daughter and was overall extremely welcoming and helpful. I had 100% confidence in his theory and would be very pleased to encounter John in practice if necessary in future. Thank you John!

Saw dr Furness with our daughter with chest problems,after several yrs in and out of local doctors surgery with no outcome saw dr Furness within 1 hour our daughter had multiple procedures and got the ball rolling,we felt as though he was great and very reassuring and was extremely good with our daughter in making it fun for her as she was having things done

Dr Furness has looked after both my children and has always been collaborative and reassuring. Both he and his admin team are accessible and helpful. He listens to our views and makes sensible joint decisions with us. The kids like him. I would highly recommend him.

My daughter has been under the care of Dr.Furness for 3 years due to ongoing chest problems . During this time Dr Furness has shown an outstanding level of care he is a caring professional who takes time to discuss every aspect of your worries I would highly recommend Dr Furness and also my daughter thinks he is great which makes hospital trips a better experience all round
