We, the people of Eastern Green are most unfortunate to have what I consider to be a Surgery from the dark ages. It seems to be part of a private house (perhaps a converted garage). We have one doctor only who happens to be a man so we have no choice of male or female. Having come from an area which had a surgery that had 6 doctors, at least two of them being females and had 4 doctors sitting at any one time. It was possbile to have anything done there, even minor operations. I now find myself at this surgery that frankly makes my skin crawl. They still operate the old fashioned come and queue up system. Which means you can sit there for hours. Why am I there? you might ask, Because I have no choice. I have to go there because I am in the catchment area. I am not allowed a choice of surgery, believe me I have tried. I have no confidence in this surgery and wish someone would do something about it.
