The dr saw me about a recurring infection. Since I’ve been on a range of different antibiotics that only stemmed the infection for a while, I was hesitant to return to the dr. During the consultation he quickly reviewed my history and we discussed treatment options. He included me in decision making about the best treatment option, which I appreciated. Four weeks later and for the first time in 6 months I’m infection free, thanks to the effective healthcare provided by the dr, the other staff at Seven Dials Medical Centre and the pharmacist.

This doctor always gives a very thorough explanation of his diagnosis and any treatment. I had not seen him until recently and was slightly apprehensive, but now tend to see him in preference to other doctors at the practice because I find his approach to be empowering.

I wanted to particularly thank Dr Joe Corbett for his patience and understanding when talking with me and exploring the different options. I felt included in my care which was delivered in a compassionate and caring manner (and probably took longer than the normal allocated 8 minutes - so I also appreciate that my consultation was not rushed and that Dr Corbett took time to explain things fully despite being busy). Thank you.

I can only say that I have been very happy with the experiences I have had at this surgery regardless of the doctor I have seen, or the nurse. Receptionists also very friendly and helpful on the whole. Some delays in referrals at times but put this down to the overall pressures on the NHS. Not just my positive experiences but they have always been really great when seeing my 2 young children too. Very reassuring to have this as our surgery. Thanks v much to the whole team!
