Fantastic appointment, put at ease as soon as we arrived, she was thorough and explained all details that i needed, to understand the next step of my treatment. Showed me the MRI scans of my brain on my 1st visit in 2007 and now the most recent MRI 2023, this helped me understand what was happening to my brain and what course the MS is taking. Explained what course of treatment i may be taking, but all depending on a few more blood tests and another MRI and a Heart ECG. Thank you Joanne, top lady

Dr Jones was friendly, professional and calm. Her manner put me at ease and made me feel as though she had time for me. The conversation was two way and I had plenty of time to talk and answer/ask questions. She had taken the time to review my medical notes prior to my arrival, which didn't waste valuable time in the appointment. She discussed my medical history with me, during the appointment, to ensure it had been recorded accurately (nothing felt rushed). She asked me if I wanted to look at previous MRI scans, and then spent time explaining the comparisons to me in detail. She explained my condition and treatment options in detail and in language I could understand. I left the appointment feeling, relaxed, better informed, and relieved with the progress made in just that one appointment. She appeared kind and empathetic. I was pleased my appointment was booked with Dr Jones.

Dr Jones took the time to explain how my condition was changing and expectations that I had. Her manner was perfect and calming and my wife who is my carer was spoken to in the same manner.

Very caring & patient Knew all about my history before appt Although running late was very apologetic I totally accept I may have to wait as they are very busy .I have not seen a neurologist since before covid so it’s re assuring that my appt had a positive outcome as new administration of medication was explained which may be of great benefit to me . I agree for M S patients the reception was not ideal as going back & forth
