Dr Jones was welcoming, discussed everything in detail, offered options, allowed me to make my own choice for a new DMT. Allowed time for me to talk and listened to my opinions, I did not feel rushed. Made me feel ay ease in a stressful situation. I could not have asked for better care.

Dr Jones was very patient with my questions and was good at explaining things, which helped a lot. I also felt like she took me seriously, even though I sometimes felt my questions were not very clever, she took the time to explain them anyway.

Dr Jones is systematic, empathetic and thorough when it comes to care of her patients. She understands concerns very well. I have had 2 consultations with her and each time found her to be warm and approachable. Has completely understood how my disease affects me and has discussed treatment options clearly.

Dr jones is fantastic! After nearly a year in hospital (different hospital) being gaslit and ignored and years of lazy treatment, dr jones is a breathe of fresh air to say the least! Empathetic, knowledgable, polite with brilliant articulation and further planning and thinking. I cannot rate dr jones highly enough!
