Dr Horgan, immediately apologised for the technical reasons to explain why an extended appointment had not been provided or why my letter was unable to be read. Despite me being upset, Dr Hogan gave me sufficient time, that well exceeded the allocated time, to enable me to explain fully my current circumstance and concerns. As usual, Dr Hogan throughout was was understanding of my condition, caring and compassionate, made me laugh, feel better and gave me hope for the future. I left the appointment, feeling in much better mood and spirits.
