I had a fairly complicated problem to sort out and was looked after Doctor Tomlinson extremely well - from giving a lot of her time to talk through the problem, through discussing treatment options creatively to find something that worked for me, to subsequently following-up with colleagues elsewhere in the NHS on more than one occasion to ensure that treatment was as quick and joined-up as possible. The combination of apparently genuine empathy and professional efficiency seemed to me exemplary of good clinical practice.
