I went to this doctor with a very painful back. In roughly 1 minute she told me to give up work and take up Pilates. She did not examine me, give me any pain relief. I was so shocked by her manner I walked out without questioning her. After coping with the problem for a year, a nurse I went to see saw the pain and discomfort I was in. She realised it was very serious and got me to see a doctor straight away. This doctor listened to me, examined me and referred me for tests. It turned out after having an MRI that I had slipped a disc and as I had not had any help immediately after the accident that I had done even further damage.
This doctor has a terrible reputation in the area I live in, and I should have refused an appointment with her and insisted I see a different doctor. Hindsight is a wonderful thing!
