After she has called you in, you are immediately aware that she is giving you her undivided a.ttention. She faces you and does not spend time typing on the keyboard. She takes an interest in you not as ‘ another’ patient but an individual who needs her support. A Chair of our Patient Participation Group I frequently get very complimentary comments on her professionalism and the best of ofcare.
