This consultant decided to cancel my appointment but look over my irrelevant 2 year old notes and discharge me, didn't even have the decency to keep the phone appointment we had (changed to phone assessment due to covid 19). So glad I waited for 6 months for the appointment only for it not to happen. No discussion with my physio I presume, utterly baffled and now having to go back to my doctors and start again - amazing how terrible some healthcare professionals are but other are brilliant, this one is terrible.
