Although I have been registered with Dr B-J at the Sutherland Lodge practice for about ten years, I have only seen her on about three occasions but each time she has taken a close and confidence inspiring interest in my reasons for visiting. The last occasion was when I was suffering from a worrying upper chest pain and starting to have dark thoughts about it! She put my mind at rest and prescribed an effective course of treatment.

I was diagnosed with cancer nearly 10 years ago. Dr Birn-Jeffrey has been unfailingly kind and helpful to me over the years. She is positive but also sympathetic, I value her as my GP.

Felt she was having an 'off day' when i saw her, seemed impatient, and even suggested i should make another appointment for another issue i was enquring about. Wasnt MY fault she was late seeing me! I felt berated at one point and quite upset when i left.
