Dr Birn-Jeffery has been helping me with an ongoing problem for many months now. She always listens to my problems and has been so understanding. She has personally written letters to me in regards to my care and treatment and always goes above and beyond what I expect from her. She has referred me to other services so quickly and I am so grateful for this. She is a wonderful GP.
