Doctor Bayles always listens to what I have to say and makes me feel that I am not wasting her time. When leaving her consulting room she says' it was nice to see you again'. This is something which helps me to feel better anyway, and it is good to see her.

Made me feel bad for asking for help and saying i was putting my unborn baby at risk. I already had postnatal depression and anxiety and i didnt need ro made to feel gulity for being unwell and asking for help. Also her appointments are really late.

I moved here from London 9 months ago. I am a retired GP myself. I have received excellent care from this practice and Dr Bayles herself. The surgery has good IT for appointments and repeat prescriptions. The nurse is red hot for blood tests and smears. Referral to secondary care is quick and efficient. I am extremely impressed with the care I have received -absolutely first class.
