Having encountered Dr Monjardino on a few occasions over the many years we have been registered at Northbourne, I went out of my way to avoid taking an appointment with her as often as possible. Her rude and dismissive manner always left me feeling that I had wasted my time and that I wasn't taken seriously over my concerns, especially around my children. Now that she has taken over as the practice manager it is clear her manner has set the tone of the surgery and with the new GPs. Sadly the best GPs have now left and I will be de-registering from this surgery. Such a shame as it was once a supportive environment but no longer feels like a service that has the values that it once held.

Dr Monjardino really did listen to me and ask me questions she seemed really interested in what my issues were and wanted to help me straight away. Most doctors I have spoken to in the past seem very monotone and a bit robotic. Dr Monjardino was super enthusiastic and made me feel really welcome all she wanted to do was help and I personally think other doctors should take a leaf out of her book. Great work.

Dr Monjardino went above and beyond to push for a referral for me and when I wasn't happy, supported me to gain a second opinion. She ensured that I had excellent continuity of care and offered continuing appointments until my issues were seen to by specialists.

Having spoke with this doctor on a couple of occasion, both times my opinion was completely disregarded and she was very rude in her communications. I felt like I was being talked down to and will definitely not be involved with her again.

Rude doctor on multiple occasions, no compassion towards patients or children, speaks like dirt and looks down her nose at everyone. Definitely due a career change.
