Dr Newton was calm and clear in explaining the procedure and gave me plenty of opportunity to ask questions. During the procedure he was very reassuring and this made it easy to relax and allow it all to proceed. His update after the procedure was clear and understandable. It was a very positive experience.

Polite, caring and professional Instilled great confidence and knowledge At no time did I not have full confidence in his ability to undertake the TOW procedure and he reported back his findings in a timely and helpful manner

No improvement necessary as Dr Newton was friendly, very clear and helpful and highly professional in delivering my procedure. He also took time to explain the next stages of my treatment after my procedure (TOE) on the day..
