Dr Pinto came to see my wife, Nina Hayes, at home as she has Cauda Equina symptoms and is in a great deal of pain. He was surprised to find her in a hospital bed in our front room because the surgery hadn't told him and also hadn't told us he was coming. He was extremely caring and empathetic, reassuring my wife that her pain killers wouldn't be removed or reduced. She would have stayed with East Park practice but CHCP decided to move several surgeries under one roof at the Quays. She has heard the Dr Pinto may currently be at another surgery and would love to know which one. She found him to be the most kind, sympathetic and professional doctor she'd ever seen anywhere. If you get the chance we strongly recommend moving to his surgery as you won't regret it.
I saw Dr Pinto at the Urgent Treatment Centre as I was having great difficulty breathing. He gave me a thorough examination and was kind and informative. He explained what he thought the problem was and went into great detail about what he was going to prescribe and how it would work.
He also gave general advice on my health for the future.
He is the nicest, kindest doctor I have ever seen, with an impeccable bedside manner.
Really friendly and helpful doctor, listens to all your concerns and goes the extra mile. Tends to run a bit late, but that's because he actually spends time on his patients. Probably the best doctor I've ever had. Unfortunately, he left the practice I'm registered at and I don't know where he is now. If anyone knows, please comment, because I'd love to switch back to him
Dr Pinto is a marvellous doctor who listens and explains . Your treatment is discussed and becomes a joint decision, I couldn’t praise him enough.
Dr Pinto is like breath of fresh air. I could not praise him enough. The consummate gentleman.
I will be very sad to see him leave Southcoates Medical Centre
