I have been told Doctor J Marriot is no longer at Queen Square Medical Practice/Surgery. He helped me a lot health wise and I wanted to send him a 2021 Christmas card, but life had other ideas so this is possibly a way I can communicate my thanks to Doctor Marriot. All the best to you Doctor Marriot no matter where you go and what you do. Have a really lovely and relaxed Christmas and thanks for your support over many years. Live long and prosper. George Watson at 11.27 on Monday the 8/11/21.

In general terms he listens carefully and is efficient, flexible and prompt in suggestions and treatment. Moreover, he does not give you guff but sticks to what is needed. He suggested a new possible cause and treatment for the extensive migraines I was having which worked within 24 hours, and at the same time picked up on a blood pressure issue which a couple of nurses had recently spotted informally too, and put me on appropriate medication and a checking procedure to assess whether the medication was working and not having undesirable side effects. Top notch; but then that is what I have come to expect from the whole practice over the last 40 years.

Dr Marriott is a very kind and knowledgable Doctor who really listens to what you are saying and he involved me with the consultation and the outcome.

A knowledgeable, capable and caring GP, he is empathic yet professional. He works at a great practice which really succeeds at being contactable, having available appointments and providing continuity of care. I can't recommend the Queen Square Surgery highly enough.
