Dr Jenny Woodward is a very patient, kind & caring GP. I have a host of medical problems so I'm one of the surgeries "complex patients" but she has never made me feel like I'm a problem or bother & even went out her way to research some "non common" drug treatments to help when everything else id tried had failed. I'm housebound alot of the time but even before Covid-19 struck, she was/is always willing 2do phone consultations & I know she puts me at ease anytime I have a new problem or issue. I've been a patient of Eastcliff Practice since my return to my hometown of Ramsgate in 2016 after living in Yorkshire since 2004 but I was a patient of this practice when it was called "Mildmay" in Bellvue Road from when I was a child in the 80's to 2004 when I left & I have to say, its still a fantastic, Christian based practice (I'm a Christian) & every Dr here is lovely. I'm very lucky to be a patient at this practice & Dr Jenny Woodward is an awesome Dr & I'm very thankful to be her patient... A*

I haven’t seem Dr Woodward for a few months, but she has always been great with me. Always puts me at my ease, because as soon as I visit a medical facility my blood pressure goes sky high. It never does when seeing Dr Woodward. Since my strokes I get very anxious and Dr Woodward always takes time with me, so the I know what’s happening and why.

Jenny Has been a great doctor, very understanding and thorough. she always remembers details from previous appointments and things i have told her. I trust her 100% and i am always involved in the decisions around my treatment.

Jenny is a very caring and thorough doctor. As patients, many of us can feel that we are a nuisance, or taking up too much time. This may be from past experience of doctors not even looking up at you and appearing hurried! Jenny is the total opposite. She takes seriously any problem and, if necessary, arranges further investigations and follow up. You feel confident with your health in her hands. Jenny was also my late mother's doctor and my mum always remarked at how kind and caring Jenny was to her. She is a credit to the surgery.
