Dr Jennifer Sillick

18 years ago,when I needed a Walton G.P, another Walton doctor, who was not accepting new patients at the time, told me that Dr Sillick was the best doctor in the area. I took his advice to register with her practice and have been thankful I did so ever since. I have complete confidence in Dr Sillick; she listens carefully, examines when necessary, and explains if needed. When I have needed a doctor when she is away or fully booked I have received excellent care from others in her practise, excepting from one doctor who now left. My thanks to the red practise.

I must complain, this is most probably my first time after many years with walton health practice. Last friday I left a prescription, today tuesday I went to the chemists to pick it up. Not received, explanation I had ordered it to early. I am going on holiday and would have run out, nobody contacted me to tell me this, you have receptionists etc a simple phone call would suffice. Last prescription issued 02/09/15 you have my records, you will see I am not abusing the system. Also earlier this year in April I was on holiday in Devon and phoned up for the name of naproxen which I had forgotten as I was on declofenac, your receptionist reply I have no records of you so I had to buy volturol to tide me over. Was very quick to take on my Dad returning from living abroad. Got to grips quickly with his complex case history and sorted him out with blood tests, X-rays, prescriptions and a consultant referral, all by lunchtime of the day I had contacted the practice. Extremely efficient. And done with a personal touch and good humour.

General all round very good services from speaking to the receptionist to seeing the doctor. Would recommend this practice to anyone.

Dr Sillick is a caring, friendly, honest, approachable person. She always takes time to listen, with a huge amount of patience. Her questioning skills allow her to fully understand your needs as a patient. She also has a great sense of humor which is also sometimes needed!! We all need more doctors like her. Dr Sillick is a very caring and considerate person who listens carefully and asks many questions. She is never in a hurry to get you out of the surgery and gives you the time and attention needed even if it is longer than the 10 minute consultation time. We are most fortunate to have access to a very good GP.

Always gives time and consideration. Friendly and puts one at ease.

Dr Sillick has a very warm and caring manner and always tries to put you at your ease. She never makes you feel that she is pressed for time, though I am sure she is. She listens, asks the right questions, and is an excellent diagnostician as I, and other patients of hers that I know, can bear witness. She will not hesitate to refer patients for further tests, X-rays etc, (and to chase these, and results, up if necessary.) One could not ask for a better GP.
