Was very quick to take on my Dad returning from living abroad. Got to grips quickly with his complex case history and sorted him out with blood tests, X-rays, prescriptions and a consultant referral, all by lunchtime of the day I had contacted the practice. Extremely efficient. And done with a personal touch and good humour.
