I must complain, this is most probably my first time after many years with walton health practice. Last friday I left a prescription, today tuesday I went to the chemists to pick it up.
Not received, explanation I had ordered it to early. I am going on holiday and would have run out, nobody contacted me to tell me this, you have receptionists etc a simple phone call would suffice. Last prescription issued 02/09/15 you have my records, you will see I am not abusing the system. Also earlier this year in April I was on holiday in Devon and phoned up for the name of naproxen which I had forgotten as I was on declofenac, your receptionist reply I have no records of you so I had to buy volturol to tide me over.
