I feel this Doctors has no interpersonal skills and seems to find it difficult to emphasise. Although the GP practice I am with is great , I will avoid this GP in the future which I think is a great shame , however I don’t want to leave a consultation feeling worse than when I went in .

My mother came to stay with me following major surgery. Dr Eades was her temporary GP and was very caring, well informed, very empathetic and made my mother feel very safe. All of my mother's post op issues were taken care in in a very timely manner. As a Registered General Nurse myself, I to had confidence in Dr Eades and was able to give my opinion without feeling that I was interfering. Her care of my mother was excellent.

I feel that Dr Eades listens and asks questions about your health in general rather than just addressing the immediate problem. She is very empathetic and responds quickly to admin things like fit notes / or callbacks to discuss issues. I have full confidence in Dr Eades.
