She just does not listen nor is she understanding in what you have yo say. It's either Jennifer's way or no way. Isn't interested in what the patient has to say or how things affect a patient. I feel she only listens when you are in agreeing with her but when disagreeing well you can basically take a run and jump. Most attitudes of the health service now days.
