The day after I saw her I was so upset I had to leave work and went to bed in floods of tears. The day after that I had to phone Samaritans because I felt my life was awful. The woman I spoke to at Samaritans was aghast at what Sherrington had told me (that my life was devoid of fun and joyless), despite it being beyond my control due to unemployment and medical problems.
I recommend anyone with depression/ anxiety avoid seeing her at all costs.
