We first came in to contact with Dr Bhatt in February when our baby became seriously ill. I cannot fault the care that he has given our son & ourselves since then. Dr Bhatt seems to have a very calm nature & he always manages to fill me with a sense of calm whenever we have seen him. He has always given us as much time as we need during appointments or on ward rounds. He has also given us the opportunity to contact him via phone with any concerns or questions we have & has responded quickly. Dr Bhatt appears to understand the anxieties we have regarding our sons condition & has agreed to see him outside of his clinic appointment to provide us reassurance before we go away on holiday. He doesn't seem to mind how many times we ask the same questions when we don't quite understand something & he never makes us feel that anything we ask is stupid. I cannot sing Dr Bhatt's praises highly enough!

Dr Bhatt is amazing, we say that he is Cian's second dad, he is so caring and listens to us all the time. He is always there if we need him. Without him we feel that Cian would not be with us now. We owe him so much x x
