We were very impressed with Dr Bhatt’s care. He listened to our description of our child’s symptoms and described the action plan and next steps very thoroughly to us, asking if we understood and if we wanted anything repeated. We are very grateful that our child is now under his expert care.

Initially I was not 100% sure about my premature baby being sent home with oxygen as I didn't think she needed. However, Dr bhatt and his team talked us through their decision in a very calm and understanding manner. Dr bhatt has always made the most perfect regarding our daughter which has resulted in her having very minimal issues because of her prematurity. As much as we wanted to be discharged we were sad to say good by to a wonderful Doctor who offered outstanding care, compassion and expertise. We were privileged to have had him looking after our daughter. Thank you Dr bhatt & team!

My son has chronic lung disease of prematurity and has been referred to Dr Bhatt for specialist care. I've found Dr Bhatt to treat us with care, respect and he listens. Consultations are a two way discussion. He is very knowledgeable in my son's condition and has devised safe, appropriate and realistic plans to help him get home (4 months in NICU) and then help progress him to being free from medical oxygen. He is easily accessible and contactable through my son's nurse and jointly they have been very proactive. I've received letters updating from sleep studies and with appointments promptly. I'm really pleased with and grateful for the medical care Dr Bhatt has given so far and have no suggestions about how to change or improve this.

I can't fault the care that is given by Dr Bhatt. The support team in the clinic too have always been great, very friendly and supportive. Especially Debra who has always been happy to spend the time needed to clarify any details on medication to support any decision-making we've had to do along the way. Over the last nine years Dr Bhatt has provided considered, professional advice and has consistently shown himself throughout to be caring too. He is an intelligent, articulate and thoughtful person and you not only feel like you are getting his focused time and attention when you see him but that he has taken the time to remember you as people. He listens carefully and provides advice and guidance of the highest quality. His care for our daughter has been second to none. He has enabled her to enjoy her childhood alongside her peers and I couldn't have wished for anyone better.
