Doctir Procter has been my GP for many years. I have had the best care possible and could not fault the time, care and effort that she puts in with her patients.

Dr Proctor would not refer my child to a specialist even though it was obvious to all she needed to be seen by one. Six months later she reluctantly agreed when the school became concerned but told me the specialist would say the same as her. However the specialist did no such thing and asked why she had not been referred sooner. My child would have stopped growing too early and only had very small stature if she hadn't been treated and there is only a small time frame in which to treat this condition before it becomes too late. What is best for the patient not the surgery should be the priority.

Dr. Proctor is both professional and is a good listener, I find her warm and caring, she shows empathy and has achieved a balance that in my opinion few doctors manage, thank you and "well done"
