I have been a a patient at this surgery for over 3 years now, and have realised that every time I see this GP, there seems to be a lack of understanding from her. As my score shows of course I trust a doctor with my life, but feel she doesn't listen at all and wouldn't recommend her hence the low scores in respect. What I mean is whenever I explain my problems she seems to be unengaged, her exact response to what I'm saying is always "hmmm" "Uh hur" which is off putting to say the least and makes you feel like your a burden and never should have bothered making an appointment. I understand this is such an extremely busy practice but it would be helpful for a normal understanding response.
