Dr Obasi is a totally outstanding doctor. I will always be grateful to her for being the only one who cured me from a very extreme form of eczema. I had been treated unsuccessfully by a team of highly qualified dermatologists at the Royal London Hospital who told me that what I had was incurable. Dr Obasi sent me to have tests and discovered I was a coeliac. I owe Dr Obasi so much. From that moment, I gained a new lease of life and two weeks after stopping gluten, I was miraculously cured from my eczema. I can never thank Dr Obasi enough for being so thorough and patient, for all her medical expertise and also for her extreme kindness. Dr Obasi is a truly outstanding Doctor who also happens to be very humble. She certainly saved my life. If I had continued eating gluten, I would have ended up probably dying from the complications and effects of that poison. I might have ended up with cancer of the digestive system. Dr Obasi is unrelenting in her medical work and does not give up until she finds a solution or a cure, which happened in my case. She is also very personable and immensely dedicated and deserves recognition for her talent, perseverance and absolute dedication to medicine.

I attended an appointment at Herts & Essex Hospital on 30.04.14. I was initially due to meet with a consultant and was a bit put out to be greeted by Dr Obasi who was a clinical assistant. My disappointment was unfounded, Dr Obasi was attentive, very professional and dealt with my initial reasons for the appointment very well. She then went on to ask if there were any other issues I wished to discuss relating to dermatology. On further discussion, Dr Obasi felt it prudent to obtain a second opinion from a specialist colleague in relation to a large mole , I am booked in for a preventative procedure within the next month. I never felt rushed and I felt I have her undivided attention. A credit to the NHS.
