My husband visited Dr Dixon and was extremely impressed with him. My husband is afraid of doctors, hospitals and health centres ("white blouse" syndrome) but he was smiley and confident after his visit. Dr Dixon came outside his office to greet him and shake hands, which was extremely professional and relaxing. He smiled and he was very pleasant. My husband told me he felt very comfortable during the examination, despite the fact that the health problem he was facing was embarrassing to him. But Dr Dixon made him feel very comfortable and had a very informed and professional behaviour, without being "old-school" or intimidating at all.
