Dr Jackie has such a lovely approach to patients. Always very pleasant, listens,explains and reassures. Dr Jackie is never judgemental and always exudes positivity. She sympathises and empathises. On the occasions I have had an appointment with her I have left the surgery feeling I was treated with respect and understanding. I have been with this surgery since 1989 - I wouldn't want to go anywhere else! I have complete trust in all the Doctors at this practice.
