I have the good fortune to be a patient of Dr. Swords for many years. She is everything a GP needs to be….a good listener, empathetic, patient, practical etc. She gives good all round and appropriate service and I always leave her consultation feeling totally satisfied well looked after. Lucky me……

She's very caring , listens and is thurragh. She's very calming, friendly and takes your worries away . Gives good advice and goes out of her way to make sure your ok .She works very hard under a lot of pressure like all the doctors at Greenford.

Dr Swords has been our family GP for 15 years, she is an excellent doctor, professional, knowledgeable, kind and extremely compassionate. She listens to you as a patient and she involves you totally in decision making related to your health. She has a completely holistic approach to care and takes the time to get to know what is important to you as she understands that this is so important to a person’s wellbeing. Fantastic doctor, listens, cares and doesn't rush you. Feel at ease, even for the more embarrassing problems. Only problem is that she is so popular, you need to make an appointment 3 weeks in advance if you want to see her!

Dr Swords is a very caring and passionate doctor. She is particularly great with teenagers. Her approach is non-judgmental and responsive. She is what we used to call a family GP not just focusing on symptoms but the underlying causes as well.

It's been 4 years since I left Greenford and, thankfully, didn't need to visit the doctor much while I was there but I still remember what a kind and caring GP Dr Swords was. She was very patient and always made me feel like I could tell her anything and never rushed me or made me feel like I was wasting her time. I know others who have seen her and we were all in agreement that she's a fantastic doctor.
