Dr Marshall has now left this surgery, but I feel I have to refute the horrible review above. She was my doctor for over ten years, and treated my husband, who had Parkinson's and dementia , efficiently and with the utmost kindness.

From the very beginning she gave me a lot misleading informations about hospitals, opticians and insulin. Very arrogant behind her artificial smile and deep eye watch . Each appointment I do with dr. Marshall is time waist for both of us.
I don't trust her and feeling like I'm stuck to this surgery.

Dr Marshall treats myself and my husband, I have always found her to be very patient,understanding and giving of her time. She has made home visits to my husband and looks after him marvellously. I would thoroughly recommend her and feel very fortunate to have her as our doctor. I don't think I can add any constructive suggestions for improvement because I think everything about the surgery is excellent, that includes the nurses and reception staff as well.
