I wasn't expecting to enjoy my assessment but I really did! Dr Assalman is friendly and kind, listens and understands, and made me cry (in a good way) more than once with his insightful reflections of who I am and what I've dealt with.
I'm enormously grateful to him for his generosity with his time and thoughts, and honestly I kind of wish I could have an assessment every week now. I felt lighter afterwards.
