Dr Southwood is a very good doctor. She is very understanding of my opiate dependency which I developed through prescription medicine(Codeine for IBS) and overused it for acute stress. I have developed smoking related symptoms and she has arranged tests and was very diligent in examining me.
I would say she is, by far, the most understanding doctor I have seen at the practice, and I appreciate it.

Dr Southwood was very thorough and was able to diagnose my problem and provided medication to cure within a week. She was very professional and helpful. I felt that she took time to explain things to me.

Dr Southwood diagnosed and treated an ailment and prescribed medication that cured me in just over a week. She listened to me and explained my condition clearly to me.
I would recommend this doctor and the surgery. I did not feel rushed or flustered.
